iCal
Address Book (actually using it now that I have a Bluetooth cellphone)
Camino (with the Waves icon from Pimp My Camino; I never liked the spiky one)
NetNewsWire Lite (I'm not a heavy duty user so I can't justify spending more for features I don't need)
Adium (I had to get something other than that godawful duck icon)
Cyberduck (for my FTP needs)
SubEthaEdit (this is the non-commercial version from before they started charging for even non-commercial use; I use it to keep notes, etc in a single LaTeX file)
MS Word (with a new icon mimicking the new CS3 style)
Preview (I'm loving how they built Grab into this in Tiger, much more useful)
Photoshop CS2 (with a new icon; I use it a lot for work)
InDesign CS2 (with a new icon; need to learn how to use it properly, so it's here as a constant reminder)
QuarkXPress (my main work software)
iTunes
VLC media player
System Preferences
Apimac Clean Text (app for changing quote styles, paragraph and word spaces in text documents, etc; a big time saver when I'm subediting)
notebook.tex (a shortcut to the LaTeX file I mentioned before)
Anything else I might need to use I can launch with Quicksilver. I've never used Spotlight.
